"I had a great time as a participant in the CVI Summer Research Program. I learned a lot about cardiovascular research, particularly in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, where I conducted my summer research. The weekly events organized by the program administrators not only allowed me to learn more from the program leadership but also connect with other renowned scientists at the institution. In addition, I managed to make friends and research buddies through the program!"
