Department Welcomes New Cardiothoracic Surgery Residents and Fellows Starting 2025

The Stanford Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery is excited to welcome five exceptional new residents and fellows who will begin their programs in summer 2025. Three incoming residents will join Stanford’s Integrated Cardiothoracic Surgical Training Program:

●      Dhamanpreet Kaur, Stanford University School of Medicine
●      Arian Mansur, Harvard Medical School
●      Alice Zhou, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine

They will begin their integrated cardiothoracic surgical residency in late June 2025, where they will receive comprehensive training across the full spectrum of adult and pediatric cardiothoracic surgery. Additionally, two incoming fellows will join the Traditional Cardiothoracic Surgery Fellowship program:

●      James Beckett, Johns Hopkins University – Adult Cardiac Surgery Track
●      Sidra Bonner, University of Michigan – General Thoracic Surgery Track

Starting in August 2025, they will further advance their surgical expertise through intensive clinical training in their respective subspecialties.
