2025 World Conference on Lung Cancer

Faculty and trainees from the Stanford Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery were at the forefront of global lung cancer innovation at the IASLC 2025 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC 2025). Held in Barcelona, Spain, from September 6–9, the event convened over 7,700 participants from around the world to share groundbreaking research and advancements in lung cancer. Discussions highlighted the latest breakthroughs in immunotherapy, targeted therapies, precision medicine, and prevention strategies.
