CTRU laboratory staff are proficient in standardized specimen processing and handling for isolating various blood and specimen by-products. We also have extensive experience with processing COVID-19 study biospecimens, complex tissue processing, and cell isolations. The laboratory is able to perform some customized processing, for example ELISAs, quick kit tests, and nucleic acid extractions. We follow best practices for sample storage with full chain-of-custody infrastructure, ensuring samples are managed and distributed correctly, because “every subject, every sample, matters.”
