Alumni
Since its inception in 1975 the CCM Fellowship Program has trained 195 fellows as of 2015, 99 of whom were Anesthesiology trained. The backgrounds of the other fellows have been Medicine, Medicine subspecialties (Nephology, Infectious Disease, Pulmonary, Cardiology), Surgery, Neurology, Pediatrics, and Emergency Medicine. Of the 99 Anesthesia/CCM trained physicians at Stanford, 58 (59%) have gone on to academic careers in university Anesthesia training programs.
