Health Equity Education


Health Equity Education efforts are dedicated to training a new generation of leaders in medicine and science who will actively promote health equity and work to reduce our society’s devastating health disparities.


Stanford Health Care's LGBTQ+ Health Program

We provide, compassionate, comprehensive, and unparalled LGBTQ+ focused care to adults of the LGBTQ+ community in the San Francisco Bay area and from around the world. Our program offers in-person and video appointments to deliver care in a safe, comfortable, and affirming environment.

Real world health: How social factors make or break us

This issue of Stanford Medicine magazine explores nonmedical factors that impact health and reports on initiatives that address the challenges and opportunities they present.

Stanford Medicine’s first Health Equity Symposium focuses on improving health of marginalized populations
