Moving to a New System
We are migrating to a new system that will be available on Monday, July 1, 2019.
We are upgrading our systems.
You may register online the week of July 1, 2019 when the new system is available, or you may call us at (650) 497-8554 or send us a Fax (650) 497-8585 with the following information to register over the phone.
- Conference title
- Your full name
- Professional designation (MD, DO, MBBS, PA, RN, etc)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Activity specific details (e.g., any optional sessions)
- The amount of the registration fee
- Your credit card information (for your protection, we can only accept this information in a live call; please do not provide it in a voicemail or email)
Alternatively, you may start the process by sending us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with items 1 -7 above (we may not accept credit card information via email) and then call us with your credit card information.
After July 1, please visit our website to register for an upcoming course or obtain transcripts.
