Insights for the OR Director in the Age of COVID
The COVID pandemic has disrupted the normal functions of operating rooms across the globe. This disruption meant a significant amount of elective cases was cancelled, building up significant demand for the services of the operating room. As we transition into reopening operating rooms, hospitals across the country must service this built up demand while operating under the constant threat of the coronavirus.
