Learning Objectives

  • At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:
    • Review basics of NET nomenclature, pathology, and epidemiology in order to select appropriate therapies
    • Evaluate the various imaging modalities available to NET patients and consider strengths and limitations to each for appropriate diagnosis and surveillance
    • Evaluate existing and new treatment options for patients with NETs and develop an approach to initiate and sequence treatment that integrates pathology and diagnostics
