- The Draw for Academic Years 2025-26 and 2026-27 will be opened in MEP Clerkships.
- Students enter their clerkship draw requests for Medicine, Surgery, and two other cores of the student's choice for Draw 1. It is recommended to add OBGYN 300A as the third core for Draw 1.

Clerkship Draw for Medicine, Surgery and two Core Clerkships of the Student's Choice
- The Deadline to enter Draw 1 requests for Medicine, Surgery, and two other cores of the student's choice for academic years 2025-26 and 2026-27 is Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 7:58 a.m.
- At noon - Draw 1 results will be released in MEP.
- Students enter their clerkship draw requests for the rest of the core clerkships.

Clerkship Draw for the Rest of the Core Clerkships
- The Deadline to enter Draw 2 requests for the rest of the core clerkships for academic years 2025-26 and 2026-27 is Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 7:58 a.m.
- Draw 2 results and complete clerkship schedules will be released in MEP at a later date. Students will be notified in advance when clerkship schedules will be available.

- First weekly shuffle for non-core clerkships for academic years 2025-26 and 2026-27 for all incoming clerkship students.
- First weekly shuffle for non-core clerkships for academic year 2026-27 for continuing clerkship students.
