Mindful Teens

An 4-week online educational course for teens, ages 13-17, to learn mindfulness skills to reduce stress and cultivate compassion and well-being. The program includes didactics along with guided practices and home exercises to foster a daily mindfulness practice.

Tuition and Scholarships
