Recommended for parents of children and teens who have significant picky eating behaviors and/or Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID).
This class delves into helpful strategies to support parents in managing picky eating behaviors in their child. Parents will learn evidence-based strategies they can use at home to:
- Establish a mealtime routine
- Increase exposure to a variety of foods
- Reduce conflict at the dining table
Best suited for caregivers of children ages 5-18 years old.
Tuition and Scholarships

The Child & Adolescent Outpatient Eating Disorders Clinic provides comprehensive medical and psychiatric evaluation, treatment, and follow-up for children, teens, and young adults with eating disorders.

- Expert second opinion service for eating disorders

- Nutritional assessment and management
- Growth and development evaluation
- Assessment and management of osteopenia and osteoporosis
- Psychiatric medication evaluation and monitoring
- Psychotherapy (Family Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders, Adolescent Focused Therapy (AFT) for eating disorders, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for eating disorders (CBT ED), and Interpersonal therapy (IPT) for eating disorders)
