Calm and Confident: Managing Challenging Behaviors

Calm and Confident: Managing Challenging Behaviors is an on-demand, online parenting course brought to you by the Stanford Parenting Center and the Stanford Center for Health Education. This program delves into practical strategies, insights, and approaches for addressing your child’s challenging behaviors and fostering harmony in your family dynamic. The course contains four self-paced instructional modules, including videos, reflection exercises, and other resources that will support your learning journey. This course is taught by Stanford University School of Medicine faculty and staff. 

Recommended for caregivers of children ages 5-12 years old.

How to Register

Registration for this course is now open.

Tuition is $25 per caregiver, and provides access to approximately 3 hours of learning content through our online platform until July 31, 2026.

Scholarships are available to support families not able to pay the full cost.

From Anxiety to Confidence: Supportive Parenting for Anxious Children

From Anxiety to Confidence: Supportive Parenting for Anxious Children is an on-demand, online parenting course brought to you by the Stanford Parenting Center and the Stanford Center for Health Education. This program offers practical strategies to help your child manage anxiety with growing confidence and independence. Grounded in the evidence-based Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) program, this course empowers parents to reduce stress at home while supporting their child's emotional growth.

The course contains four self-paced instructional modules, including videos, reflection exercises, and other resources that will support your learning journey. This course is taught by Stanford University School of Medicine faculty. 

Recommended for caregivers of children ages 6-17 years old.
