Shirley Orsak, Advisory Board Member
Shirley has been active in creating and funding programs for improved healthcare as well as patient advocacy. She has served on the Stanford Cancer Center Advisory Board, where she helped launch the Cancer Concierge program and a Stanford Hospital Innovation Fund. Shirley has also been active in funding effective treatments for food allergies via the Sean N. Parker for Allergy & Allergy Center at Stanford. Prior to her involvement with healthcare programs, Shirley worked in marketing for a variety of technology companies, including Apple and Netscape. She has a degree in Computer Science from Barnard College, Columbia University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
