Overview
Our faculty is dedicated to advancing patient care through rigorous outcomes research, focusing on comprehensive studies designed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of transplantation and cellular therapies. Providing over 450 blood and marrow transplants procedures and more than 250 cellular therapy recipients every year, our research emphasizes long-term patient outcomes, quality of life measures, and treatment effectiveness. Our division has been highly successful with a history of limited morbidity rates and acute mortality that is well below most published reports, providing a strong foundation for meaningful outcomes research that informs best practices in the field.
