Akshay Chaudhari and Valentina Mazzoli Named 2020 ISMRM Junior Fellows

Akshay Chaudhari, PhD and Valentina Mazzoli, PhD were recently named to the group of 2020 ISMRM Junior Fellows. This is a recognition by the ISMRM of outstanding potential as researchers and contributors to the field, based partly on past acheivements and partly on his upcoming presentations to the annual meeting on interventional MRI including focused ultrasound surgery near metal devices.
As part of this fellowship, Akshay and Valentina will be paired with a senior ISMRM Fellow of the Society for mentorship. Additionally they will serve as observers on one of the ISMRM committees for one year. Congratulations Akshay and Valentina!
