Daehyun Yoon appointed to Assistant Professor at UCSF

January 2023.

Dr. Daehyun Yoon was appointed Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). Dr. Yoon completed his postdoctoral work at Stanford Radiology, making numerous contributions in musculoskeletal imaging, including imaging near metal and MRI neurography. At UCSF he will pursue his research interests in PET MRI and MRI methods for identifying peripheral pin generators. These include chronic pain conditions such as low back pain and complex regional pin syndrome and CSF leak.

He was a valued member of our group for many years and mentored many of our students, and we wish him all the best in this position, which is fortunately not far away!
