Judith Zimmermann Awarded JMRI Ediotorial Fellowship

Judith Zimmermann, PhD was awarded the “Trainee Editorial Fellowship with JMRI.”  She will join the JMRI editorial board for one year, to participate in editorial decision conference calls and other editorial board activities. The goal of the fellowship is “to provide future magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scientists and clinicians with the skills for scientific study design, data collection, data analysis, scientific writing, and peer review of other studies.” 

Dr. Zimmermann is a post-doctoral scientist in the Body MR group, working on a wide range of projects in breast MRI including non-contrast screening and high-resolution supine breast MRI. These aim to improve access to screening MRI for women.

The Journal of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (JMRI) is an international, peer-reviewed journal published by Wiley and owned by the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM). It features basic and clinical research, educational and review articles, and other information relevant to the diagnostic uses of magnetic resonance imaging.
