Akshay Chaudhari appointed to Assistant Professor at Stanford

January 2021.

Akshay Chaudhari was appointed to Assistant Professor in the Integrative Biomedical Informatics and Imaging at Stanford (IBIIS) division the Stanford Radiology Department.  Dr Chaudhari was a graduate student and postdoctoral scholar in the body MRI group, where he made major advances to rapid knee imaging, including extensive testing in the clinic. He began to use machine learning methods in reconstruction which has rapidly grown to much broader areas of research using AI and language models.
