Minas Presents at Bay Area Metabolism Meeting
The Bay Area Metabolism Meeting was held at Berg Hall, Li Ka Shing Center, at Stanford on Thursday,September 19th, 2024. Postdoctoral Fellow Minas Nalbandian spoke during the afternoon session on Integrative Approaches to Metabolic Health and Obesity Management. His talk, entitled Targeting 15-PGDH Inhibition to Mitigate Semaglutide-Induced Muscle Loss in Obesity presented recent data gathered with collaborator Jameel Barkat of Katrin Svensson's lab investigating muscle loss triggered by GLP-1 agonists.
