How to join a Zoom meeting with a passcode (00:55)
1. Touch the Zoom/WebEx button.
2. Touch Join a Zoom Meeting with Passcode.
3. Enter the Meeting ID and then touch OK.
4. Enter the Passcode and then touch OK.
5. For meetings that are mute upon entry, press 1 followed by 2.
How to start an unscheduled Zoom meeting (00:47)
1. Touch the Zoom/WebEx button.
2. Touch Start or Join a Zoom Meeting.
3. Enter the Meeting ID and then touch OK.
4. For meetings that are mute upon entry, press 1 followed by 2.
How to join a Zoom meeting from a scheduled room (00:47)
1. Touch the Meetings button.
2. Identify the desired meeting and touch the Join button.
3. For meetings that are mute upon entry, press 1 followed by 2.
How to select in-call options (00:47)
While in a Zoom meeting, touch the In-Call Options button in the bottom menu.
Two options will display:
- Show Participants
- Start/Stop Meeting
Touching Show Participants will cause the meeting participants list to display on the meeting screen.
Close the participants list by touching Press to Close. Then, touch anywhere on the screen to close the In-Call Options menu.
How to share from a laptop in a call (2:05)
In this example, we're using a Zoom meeting without a passcode.
1. Connect your laptop via the HDMI or VGA cable at the table.
2. While in a Zoom meeting, touch the Share button in the bottom menu.
Two options will display:
- Local Preview allows viewers in the room to see what would be shared. No remote participants will see the preview.
- Share In Call will allow all participants, local and remote, to see your screen.
3. Touch the Stop Sharing button to stop sharing your screen with the remote participants.
How to share from a laptop in a meeting (1:12)
1. Connect your laptop via the HDMI or VGA cable at the table.
2. Touch the Share button.
3. Depending on the attached devices, different sources may appear. Indentify the source you desire and touch the Share button.
4. Return to the meeting control menu by touching the X at top right.
5. To stop sharing, touch the Share button in the bottom menu and then touch Stop Sharing.
6. Touch the X at top right to return to the home screen.
How to start and stop the camera during a meeting (1:12)
In this example, we're using a Zoom meeting.
1. While in the Zoom meeting, press the In-Call Options button in the bottom menu.
2. Touch the Start/Stop Camera button. A tone will sound and a "camera off" icon will display.
3. Press anywhere on the screen to return to the meeting menu.
4. To turn the camera back on, press In-Call Options and then touch Start/Stop Camera.
5. Press anywhere on the screen to return to the meeting menu.
How to join a WebEx meeting (1:02)
1. Touch the Zoom/WebEx button.
2. Touch the WebEx button at the top of the menu.
3. Touch Join a WebEx Meeting.
4. Switch to a numeric keybad by touching the keypad icon at the lower left corner of the screen.
5. Enter the WebEx meeting ID and touch OK.
