SASI Clinical Simulation Scholars
Clinical Simulation Scholars
Program Overview
The SASI Clinical Simulation Scholars program offers a high-impact opportunity for undergraduates to participate in hands-on clinical education and medical simulation at Stanford. Scholars work alongside faculty, medical students, and other learners to design and support immersive simulation-based learning experiences that prepare future healthcare professionals.
This is an active, participatory role. Scholars are trained, challenged, and entrusted with helping deliver simulation sessions that teach real-world teamwork, communication, and technical skills essential to patient care.
Program Dates
Training (Winter/Spring 2026): In-person weekend sessions at the Stanford School of Medicine.
Teaching Commitment (Summer 2026): Choose at least three of ten available clinical education days and attend both morning and afternoon sessions for each selected day.
Training Dates:
January 10 • February 7 • March 7 • April 4 • May 2 • June 13 • July 11, 2026
Teaching Dates:
- June 24 – Intro to Perioperative Monitoring and Anatomy
