  • Session 1: Mindset Matters (10/19/2024, 2 hours) This session introduces the concept of growth mindset and its crucial role in medical leadership. It includes interactive workshops on developing a growth-oriented approach to challenges and setting the foundation for your leadership journey in medicine.
  • Session 2: EQ in the ER (10/20/2024, 2 hours) The second session focuses on emotional intelligence in healthcare settings. It covers self-awareness, empathy, and strategies for effective communication in high-stress medical environments. Interactive activities include role-playing exercises and EQ-building challenges.
  • Session 3: Resilience Rx (11/9/2024, 2 hours) This session delves into building resilience for the medical journey. It explores stress management techniques, building support networks, and maintaining well-being in demanding healthcare roles. Workshops include case studies on overcoming setbacks and developing a personal resilience toolkit.
  • Session 4: From Student to Mentor (11/10/2024, 2 hours) The final session addresses the transition from medical student to mentor and leader. It synthesizes key learnings from the academy and focuses on applying inner agility skills in leadership scenarios. It concludes with creating a personal leadership development plan for your medical career.
