Intersectionality

Thank you to all that could join us for the 2020 LGBTQ+ Forum on Wednesday, October 7, on Zoom! This year’s Forum was centered on the theme of Intersectionality in recognition that now more than ever, it is imperative to prioritize an inclusive and equitable community for intersectional LGBTQ+ groups. 

The featured keynote speaker was Jonathan Lassiter, PhD, co-editor of Black LGBT Health in the United States: The Intersection of Race, Gender, and Sexual Orientation. Dr. Lassiter and a panel of featured Stanford community members will share both personal and professional experiences related to this theme. The audience had an opportunity to interact with the speakers through a live Q&A and polling.
