Welcome to the Stanford Alpha Clinic
What is an Alpha Clinic?
We are a competency hub for regenerative medicine training, clinical research, and the delivery of approved treatments.
Stanford's Alpha Clinic is part of a network of nine Califorania Alpha Clinics, which are funded by the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine. We are passionate about making cell, stem cell and gene therapy clinical trials smarter, better and more effective. We will consult with any Stanford investigator developing these products and connect them to existing resources. We are also developing new resources to share with the broader Alpha Clinic network. We are not a clinic or clinical trial operations team that is directly involved in patient care. However, our team is composed of many people who have those roles as the main focus of their work.
We are comprised of the following working groups:
- Bioethics
- Outreach
- Education
- Social Determinants of Health
- Real World Consortium
- Toxicity
- Leadership Team
For more information on our group membership, please visit the Team page. To join a working group or contact us for any reason, please visit the Contact page. You can read more about our three focus areas by clicking on the below links:
