Address: El Camino Hospital, Sobrato Pavilion, 2495 Hospital Dr, 6th Floor, Suite 625, Mountain View, CA 94040

• The El Camino Hospital campus is sandwiched between North Dr and South Dr.
• Take the elevator to the 6th floor.
• From the elevator, walk down the hallway —our clinic, Suite 625, will be the first one on your left.

General Directions:

• Take US-101 South or I-280 South toward Mountain View.
• Exit onto CA-85 South (toward Cupertino).
• Take the exit for El Camino Real (CA-82).
• Turn left onto El Camino Real.
• Turn right onto North Drive (entrance to El Camino Health).
• Follow signs to the Sobrato Pavilion (2495 Hospital Drive).
• Suite 625 is located inside the Pavilion.

From the East Bay

• Take US-101 South toward Mountain View.
• Exit onto CA-85 South (toward Cupertino).
• Take the exit for El Camino Real (CA-82).
• Turn left onto El Camino Real.
• Turn right onto North Drive (entrance to El Camino Health).
• Follow signs to the Sobrato Pavilion (2495 Hospital Drive).
• Suite 625 is located inside the Pavilion.

From the East Bay

• Take I-880 South toward San Jose.
• Merge onto CA-237 West toward Mountain View.
• Take the exit for US-101 South.
• Exit onto CA-85 South (toward Cupertino).
• Take the exit for El Camino Real (CA-82).
• Turn left onto El Camino Real.
• Turn right onto North Drive (entrance to El Camino Health).

From the Cupertino/Los Gatos Area

• Take CA-85 North toward Mountain View.
