FASI

Faculty Applicant Self Identification System

Prior to the implementation to FSAT, the FASI system was used during searches to collect applicant demographic data and generate the Applicant Information Grid for inclusion in the Search Report. The University Provost's office administered the FASI system.

Instructions

This FASI Instructions Document (PDF) explains how FASI was used in faculty searches (for administrators), including sample email inviting applicants to self-identify and an example of the grid generated by FASI for use in the search report and long form.
