You will find the updated responsibilities on our “Who Should I Call” page on the OAA website. Rowan is still responsible for all Clinical Instructor actions in every department.

Please Review Open Searches in FSAT
As a friendly reminder, all faculty searches in the FSAT system must be closed once the search is finished accepting applicants. This applies to all searches, whether completed or cancelled. Please reach out to the Professoriate team for assistance, or see pg. 60 of our FSAT User Guide. Thank you!

Reminder: Adjunct Clinical Faculty Compliance
If an Adjunct Clinical Faculty (ACF) member has a personal device and/or they have been issued a Stanford-owned computer that they use on the Stanford network, the ACF member is subject to the University’s compliance rules, and the department is responsible to ensure that the computer is compliant.
When an ACF appointment ends, the SUNet ID sponsorship (if applicable) must be terminated. This is a security risk, and the sponsorship must end at the same time that the ACF appointment ends.
