AAMC Western Regional Conference Registration
As is the registration fee policy for all AAMC-sponsored meetings, all registrants (including presenters) for the Western Regional meeting are required to pay full registration. We at Stanford University are very excited about the upcoming meeting, which is shaping up to be a wonderful collection of education work that's interesting, informative, and provocative and hope that you will join us. While we wish that we could support other arrangements, unfortunately we are not able to offer discounted or one-day rates for the conference.
You have two options to complete your registration for the 2011 WGEA/WGSA/WOSR/WAAHP AAMC Western Regional Conference:

Online: Conference registration has now opened. Please proceed to the conference registration site to complete the online reservation form.
- By Mail: If you wish to pay by check, please print and complete the Registration form and submit along with your check to the address indicated.
Refund Policy: If you are unable to attend the conference, we will refund your registration fee, minus a $3.75 service charge, if we receive your request in writing prior to April 15, 2011. No refunds will be issued after this date or for non-attendance. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks after the conference to receive your refund. Note that Stanford University is not responsible for airfare, hotel or other associated costs incurred by participants in the event of a cancellation.
