Irradiator training for CMP typically occurs biweekly on Wednesdays, from 1-1:30PM. 

To obtain Irradiator Access: 

• The VSC uses iLabs to manage RAF irradiator usage. Once you have finished taking the STARS course prerequisites and the onsite tour, apply for an iLabs account to use the RAF Irradiator.

Lorry Lokey Stem Cell Research Building (SIM1) Mouse Barrier Facility Training (VSC-PROG-0006) and Non-Barrier Rodent Facility Training (VSC-PROG-0009) meets at 265 Campus Drive.

To obtain facility access to this building:

1. Scan the following TWO FORMS and email the PDFs to vsc_facility_access@lists.stanford.edu for VSC access approval. (be sure to indicate which APLAC protocol you are listed on in the email)
   1. Print out your STARS My Learning page indicating you've completed the program as proof of training.
      
   2. A completed Photo ID Access Form.

Training required to get access to RAF-II Irradiator. Cost:  $50

1. RAF I&II Facility Orientation (VSC-0010A/B ), and

Shriram tour meets at Shriram Center 443 Via Ortega in front of SB41. 

Directions: Enter Shriram from the main entrance facing the SEQ and go all the way down the main stairway to the sub-basement.  SB41 is the glass office door at the bottom of the stairs.
