Sperm freeze & ICSI

Intracytoplamic sperm injection (ICSI) for generating mouse embryos from cryopreserved spermatozoe

Scope of service:
We will cryopreserve sperms from two healthy males of the line you requested, store the sperms in our liquid nitrogen freezer, and give you equal vials of sperms to keep in your own location. When you need to use the lines again, we will perform intracytoplasmic sperm injection and generate animals for you.

Fees:
The fee for sperm cryopreservation and storage is $990 per line. We will store up to 5 vials of sperms in our liquid nitrogen freezer for you.
The fee for ICSI is $3,200. We will perform multiple rounds of sperm injections to generate live embryos or pups. This fee also covers all the animal cost involved in the experiment. In some rare cases when ICSI is not successful, only a set-up fee of $600 will be charged.
