Service Request Form
To submit a request, the user completes a Service Request Form on-line (will be available soon) with a detailed description of the study, and arrange a meeting with Dr. Jeewon Kim for discussion of the project. Services will be performed in the order that requests are received. Please keep in mind that procedures on certain days may fail due to insufficient confluency of cells, missed delivery of animals or other technical problems. In these cases, an additional day of tumor implantation will be scheduled which would affect other scheduled procedures.
