Clinical Research Coordinator


Jeanette is a Clinical Coordinator at the Stanford/VA California Alzheimer’s Disease Center.  She is responsible for the initial telephone interviews, patient scheduling, conducting initial evaluations, and providing follow up clinical services.  Jeanette is also involved in outreach services to minoritiy patient populations. 

Jeanette graduated from San Jose State University with bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a concentration in Community Health Education and graduated with honors in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary School at the Art Institutes. Before joining the Stanford/VA California Alzheimer’s Disease Center, she was the Program Manager for Project SHINE (Students Helping in the Naturalization of Elders) at the Center for Community Learning and Leadership. The program was responsible for the recruitment and training of students to assist seniors in ESL, citizenship testing, health literacy, and computer learning. Jeanette is very interested in the area of health promotion of children and older adults. She is fluent in Tagalog.

Jeanette also works as a freelance private chef and has her own special event catering business specializing in sweet and savory menu items. She also sings in a ministry band called OneVoice. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, crafting, event planning, acting and watching musicals.
