The main goal of the TOP survey is to see the reasons why women use Tampons Or Pads.
This survey is for research purposes and is being done over a secure server which is "HIPAA compliant" which means all information is protected and safe and not able to link to whomever filled this out. Keep in mind that your information and the answers you submit are STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
The questions have been reviewed by Stanford's Human Subjects Board. Most of the questions are very personal, but we need you to answer all the questions to help answer some important scientific questions about tampons and pads.
