Steps in Membership for Adults (over 18 years old)
- Complete a Volunteer Application (PDF) and send to the Auxiliary Office. You will then be contacted for an interview and given orientation information
- Attend a Hospital Orientation (PDF) and receive information regarding application and interview dates
If placed, then: - Complete Health Clearance Process
- Complete online hospital computer compliance modules
- Purchase Uniform and Pay Dues
- Obtain Photo ID
- Attend Training
Steps in Membership for Juniors (High School Students, 14 - 18 years old)
- Please call the Auxiliary Office at (650) 723-6636 to be put on a waiting list for for next orientation
If placed, then: - Complete Health Clearance Process
- Complete online hospital computer compliance modules
- Purchase Uniform and Pay Dues
- Obtain Photo ID
- Attend Training
Please note : Orientations are held in the Spring for positions in the summer.
