SC County Medical Waste Inspection: 9/22/09

Santa Clara County will conduct their annual MEDICAL WASTE INSPECTION on Tuesday, September 22. The Medical School buildings include the Clark Center and Fairchild Science Building.

Fire Safety Inspection: Redwood and Modulars A-H Buildings

The Stanford Fire Marshal's Office (SUFMO) will conduct a Fire Safety Inspection at the Redwood and 1215 Welch Road Modulars A-H Buildings on Tuesday, August 25th 2009.

Fire Safety Inspection: Hagey Building

The Stanford Fire Marshal's Office (SUFMO) will conduct a Fire Safety Inspection at the Hagey Laboratory for Pediatric Regenerative Medicine (07-550) on Thursday August 27th.

SC County Medical Waste Inspection: 8/12/09

Santa Clara County will conduct their annual MEDICAL WASTE INSPECTION on Wednesday, August 12th. The Medical School buildings include Grant, Alway, Edwards, Falk and MSLS.

SC County Medical Waste Inspection: 6/25/09

Santa Clara County will conduct their annual MEDICAL WASTE INSPECTION on Thursday, June 25th. The Medical School buildings include Lane, Grant, Alway, Edwards and Boswell.

Fire Safety Inspection: Fairchild Science Building

The Stanford Fire Marshal's Office (SUFMO) will conduct a Fire Safety Inspection at the Fairchild Science Building (07-520) on Tuesday 6/23 and Friday 6/26.

Chemical Inventory Update: Grant, Alway and Lane Buildings

Updates for the Grant (07-306), Alway (07-307) and Lane Buildings (07-308) are due by July 10, 2009.

SC County Medical Waste Inspection: 6/16/09

Santa Clara County will conduct their annual MEDICAL WASTE INSPECTION on Tuesday, June 16. The Medical School buildings include Beckman, RAF and Welch Road Facilities (701B, 800, 780, 801).

Quarter 2 2009 Self-Inspection: TRACE: Health and Safety Verification for Laboratories

The special topic for Quarter 2 is TRACE: Health and Safety Verification for Laboratories, where entities with laboratories and chemical storage areas will review items relating to the new TRACE verification program.

Self-Inspections forms for this quarter need to be completed and returned to your department Health and Safety Contact by June 30, 2009.

Chemical Inventory Update: Hagey (PSRL) Building

Updates for the 701B Welch, 800 Welch and the Hagey Pediatric Surgical Research Labs (07-550) are due by June 10, 2009.
