Wake-Up Stanford! is a monthly meeting to promote sleep health and education in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, highlighting important topics in sleep medicine and research presented by Stanford sleep clinicians. Meetings feature an open forum lecture and/or Q&A session from 6-7 PM conducted by Wake Up Stanford Director Daraterese Cathryn, followed by a fellow physician lecture from 7-8 PM.  

This month’s meeting features a guest lecture by Dr. Chester Wu who will present: 

“Depression and Sleep Disorders”

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM  Sleep-Related Product Review and Group Q&A Session

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM Guest Lecture with accompanying Group Q&A Session

The goals of Wake-Up Stanford! are to enable our patients to receive educational information about their sleep problems from our experts, share their sleep diagnosis/treatment successes and challenges with fellow patients, and discover the latest and emerging sleep-related products available to improve sleep and sleep disorders.
