| Three physicians associated with Stanford Hospital and
Clinics were honored June 8 at the annual awards ceremony of the Santa Clara County
Medical Association. Donald J. Prolo, clinical professor of neurosurgery, won the Benjamin J. Cory Award; Jack S. Remington, professor of medicine (infectious diseases) at Stanford and Palo Alto Medical Foundation, received the Achievement in Medicine award; and M. Ellen Mahoney, founder of the Community Breast Health Project and clinical assistant professor of surgery, received the Community Service award. |
