Join us for the First Annual Diversity and Inclusion Forum! This event will highlight innovative workshops developed by our pediatric trainees and faculty mentors who have participated in the inaugural LEAD (Leadership Education in Advancing Diversity) Program. We will provide tools and strategies to enable you to become effective change agents for diversity and inclusion in medical education. The event will be an enriching opportunity for faculty, trainees, students, postdocs, and staff and will include a Pediatric Grand Rounds lecture. We will conclude with a diversity and inclusion fair held in the LPCH atrium to celebrate the diversity of this community. All are welcome to participate!
