Pediatric Grand Rounds: Cultural Curiosity: Starting the Conversation on Diversity & Inclusion

We will address the importance of diversity and inclusion in medical practice and its impact on patient care. Through an interactive discussion we will highlight the challenges of implicit bias and understand the hidden curriculum that exists in our current medical training. Lastly we will have faculty and trainees develop their own toolkit to build inclusivity and promote alliyship in their everyday practice.
