This course covers the 5 Ws (who, what, when, where, why) and How of the informed consent process. Current federal and state regulations are reviewed as well as the short-form consent process, purpose and reasons for re-consent, and best practices. Lastly, case studies are reviewed and an imitation consent is used to practice the consent process with a partner.
