Our Mission
The Stanford Center for Innovation in In vivo Imaging (SCi3) is a world-class preclinical imaging shared resource providing innovative technologies that allow our researchers to observe, target, measure and ultimately understand biological processes in health and disease in vivo.
We aim to provide this advanced preclinical imaging resource by:
- Enabling access to state-of-the-art and first-of-its-kind technologies
- Developing and adopting novel imaging tools and techniques
- Streamlining novel diagnostic, therapeutic, and theranostic research
- Educating and scientifically engaging our members
- Supporting and promoting the research of our members
- Leading initiatives in preclinical imaging
