Case 7 - 85 y.o. female, unstable angina pectoris, Intramural
Hematoma.
Pre-Interventional Coronary Angiography: The mid-LAD had a total occlusion (AHA/ACC TypeB2). The distal LAD received good filling through collateral circulation from the first diagonal and RCA.
Procedure:
- PTCA 2.5x20mm balloon 10atm, 40 sec.
- Stent NIR 3.0x25mm 12atm, 60sec.
- IVUS
- Post-Dilatation 3.5x13mm balloon 12atm, 30sec.
