Case 18 - 47 y.o. male, unstable angina pectoris, Spot Stenting

This is a 47 year old male with a history of unstable angina. Patient's risk factors include hypertension, diabetes mellitus (oral therapy), family history, and smoking. The angina has been new onset, accompanied by ventricular fibrillation. The angiogram shows single vessel disease.

Procedure
(1) IVUS - video
(2) Proximal LAD: Pre-dilataion 2.5mm balloon 8atm
(3) Stent (Duet): 3.0 x 18 mm 16atm
(4) Mid LAD: Pre-dilatation 2.5mm balloon 8atm
(5) Stent (Duet): 3.0 x18 mm 16atm
(6) IVUS - video
(7) Touch-up; 3.5 mm balloon 16atm
