Program Management Office
Stanford Health Care-Tri-Valley

A goal of the Stanford School of Medicine and Stanford Health Care-Tri-Valley (SHC-TV) is to establish a research enterprise at TriValley Hospital to promote and conduct clinical research. Clinical research at SHC-TV aims to expand patient populations for recruitment to achieve study goals, provide interventions for patients only accessible through clinical research studies, enhance engagement with communities around the Bay Area, offer opportunities for research across different clinical care models, and increase diversity in study populations.

The Program Management Office (PMO) for SHC-TV was established to provide the necessary clinical oversight to ensure researchers are compliant with all appropriate policies and procedures and provide guidance for investigators to navigate the various institutional resources. The PMO facilitates a streamlined partnership, enhances research operations, and elevates the research enterprise within SHC-TV.
