In this 100 second video, Mr. Rocky Haines, US Veteran describes how he used to be homeless. Two years ago, he attended the VA standdown in Dixon California and received the medical, dental and vision care he needed. Next, the VA was able to help him make a home for himself in the Veterans State Home in Yountville, California. Mr. Haines is now serves as a Tent Leader in VAPAHCS standdowns and helps educate and support other homeless and rural veterans benefit by the services provided by the VA.
