Mette Lauritzen named Trainee Representative

Mette Hauge Lauritzen was elected as Trainee Representative in the Hyperpolarization Methods and Equipment Study Group at the International Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) Conference in Paris June 2018. Trainee Representatives serve as a bridge for the students and the broader ISMRM community, and work with the Study Group’s Executive Committee to find ways to advance both educational contents as well as increase networking opportunities for the Study Group in their field of research. Mette Hauge Lauritzen did her PhD in Hyperpolarized 13C MRI at Copenhagen University, Denmark, and is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in Daniel Spielman’s lab in RSL, focusing on Hyperpolarized 13C MRI and PET Imaging of brain tumors.
