This manuscript presents STARR vision, motivation, methodology and data analytics.
Mar 25, 2020: Our STARR manuscript is now on aRxiv. Our primary goal for the manuscript is to provide detailed information to Stanford Medicine research community so they can cite the details behind the dataset in their upcoming publications. Our secondary goal is to communicate a new cloud enabled paradigm to the broader academic community along with some of the challenges and innvations such a platform presents.
This manuscript focuses on the STARR-OMOP and the accompanying Nero platform. Subsequent manuscripts will focus on the other emerging products e.g. radiology.
