STARR Citations and References

Publications resulting from the use of Research IT tools or consulting services should include a citation to the appropriate supporting grant.

STARR (previously known as STRIDE):

STARR should be cited for projects which include the use of any of the following:

  • Anonymous Cohort Identification Tool
  • Data consultations and clinical queries
  • Data extraction services
  • Clinical Data Review Tool

 

Please use the following wording:

"STRIDE (Stanford Translational Research Integrated Database Environment) is a research and development project at Stanford University to create a standards-based informatics platform supporting clinical and translational research.

The project described was supported by the National Center for Research Resources and the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, National Institutes of Health, through grant UL1 TR001085.
