Team / Group Table at the Race

Gather a group of 15 or more race participants and we will provide you with a designated table in our group meet-up area.  Your table will be clearly marked with your group name so you can meet up easily with team members before and after the race.

If you did not create an online team but would like a group table please provide the following no later than October 25, 2019

  1. Name of team
  2. Name of team leader and contact information (phone and e-mail)
  3. Names of at least 15 registered participants on your team

Teams created on-line will automatically be assigned a group table once team registration reaches 15 participants.


Team Member Registration

Once the team captain has set up the team name, its members can register online. Simply select your team on the drop down menu during the registration process. Or, register by mail and be sure to include your team name on the registration form.

How to create your team

Step 1 

Visit the registration site and choose REGISTER

Step 2

When asked "How Would You Like to Register?" Choose Create a team. Only 1 person should create the team and serve as the team captain.  

Step 3

Complete the form. The next page will be where you can choose your registration. If you want to be a non-participating team camptain--not running or walking, just serving as the team captain to manage your team--please select Virtual Racer and hit Register at the bottom right.

Step 4

Complete the Registration form and accept the waiver and choose next.

Step 5

You will be asked to make an optional donation. You can also choose to skip it.

Step 6

You will need to complete the checkout form and choose purchase. This completes your registration and your team members will now be able to sign up for your team.

Invite friends, family, and co-workers to join you. If you invite three people, ask them to invite three people, and so on. Before you know it you have your own PH fighting team.
